My sushi cravings have been much satisfied tonight.I wonder why it took so long to fan the rice when we were younger and mom wanted us to help make sushi. Perhaps to keep us occupied...for 3 hours! lol
Sushi filled with cucumber and carrot slices and immitation crab and avocado plus dabs of wasabi. Emm...delicious.
